You receive an 80 page workbook with over 20 Parent Talk skills that are explained in detail.  Your completed workbook is your manual to keep and aids you in employing your new skills.  The Parent Talk course and workbook is designed to help you retain information and apply what you've learned in your family situations.

Kathy is available long after your initial 6-week class to support you in every step of your parenting journey.  She is one text or phone call away to offer support and encouragement or just to help you talk through a challenging situation.
